“Cropping out cancer” is a goal of a scrapbooking event this Saturday, April 17, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, North Street and Powers Avenue.

Organizers are inviting people to “come and share your story through scrapbooking, card making, or just sharing with others.”

A full day including a light breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks and a raffle ticket is $20. All  proceeds go to the American Cancer Society.

Lunch will consist of French dip sammies, pasta, and a green salad, with a dessert made by the Colby family and Girl Scout Troop 345.

If you cannot stay for the whole day stop in and visit one of the 13 vendors including Stampin’ Up, Creative Memories, Beth’s Bowtiques, and more. There are multiple make-n-takes, starting at $1 to $5 with all proceeds going to the American Cancer Society.
