Carol Marie Guth Mendoza, 51, entered into rest on August 6, 2012 in Manteca, California. She was born on September 21, 1960 in Richmond, California. She joins her father in heaven Leonard Guth as well as her father-in-law Sam Mendoza.

Mrs. Mendoza is survived by her loving husband of 22 years Johnny Mendoza. She has two beautiful daughters who she adored Kelly Marie Mendoza and Katie Lynn Mendoza. She also survives her beloved mother Carmen Guth, her twin brother Carl M. Guth and her sister Janice L. Pitlock. She also leaves behind many extended family members including her mother-in-law Rachel Mendoza.

Carol worked for the U.S. Postal Service as a Sales Service Associate in Pleasanton for over 26 years. She loved collecting Aztec Indian items, antique memorabilia and surfing the internet. She was a devoted mother always supportive in all that her girls set forth in doing. She loved taking photos at each individual event, documenting all the special memories made by family and friends. Carol will be remembered as an extraordinary lady who loved her family immensely.

P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Mendoza family. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 from 1 to 5 p.m. held at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home 290 N. Union Road. Manteca. A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, August 15, at 11 a.m. at Calvary Community Church 815 West Lathrop Road Manteca. She will be laid to rest at Park View Cemetery.
