Janet Lynn James-Barros, 50, entered into rest on June 6, 2012 in Manteca, California. She was born on September 23, 1961 to the late John and Margret Mills. She joins her parents in heaven along with her very special companion “Butter-Cream the Chihuahua.”

Mrs. Barros is survived by her loving husband of 10 years Joe Barros. She has 6 children; Aleia Lopez (Enrique), Melissa James Ramos (Anthony), Tenisha James, Duane James, Michael Barros, and Wiley Roberts. She was blessed with three grandchildren; Anthony, Violet, and David. In addition Janet leaves behind her very best friend Lori Barry.

Janet was a homemaker, making her home just perfect for her children, grandchildren and husband. She enjoyed camping, traveling and going on cruises. Some of her most favorite places were Yosemite and Hawaii. She was an extremely devoted wife; supporting her husband’s business endeavors, traveling with him all over working and socializing with clients. Janet was a wonderful mother loving her children unconditionally. She loved the enjoyment of grand-mothering her 3 grandchildren, which meant the world to her. She will be remembered for her outgoing personality, her huge heart and her loving spirit. She will be missed.
