Robert C. Erickson, 75, entered into rest November 12 in Manteca. He was born on October 14, 1934 in Estherville, Iowa. Robert was a resident of Manteca 13 years.

Mr. Erickson is survived by his wife of 52 years Patricia of Manteca. He has three children; Pam  Shields and  husband Bruce of Manteca, Bret Erickson and wife Juvy of Pleasanton and Brian Erickson and wife Shirene of Ripon. He was blessed by seven grandchildren; Jacqueline, Kendra, Noel, Jasmine, Joshua, Vanessa and Courtney and three great grandchildren. In addition Robert has one surviving sister Mary Lou Anderson of South Dakota.

Robert retired from United Tech Inc. after 16 years of service as a quality assurance manager. He was an avid football fan; always supporting his Minnesota Vikings. In his younger years Robert took pride coaching his sons football teams. Robert and Patricia enjoyed many summers at their Minnesota summer home fishing and boating on the lake. Robert was a dedicated family man; he devoted his life to his wife, children and grandchildren whom he adored dearly.

Mr. Erickson’s services are being handled by P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home of Manteca. At the request of the family no services will be held at this time.
