Editor, Manteca Bulletin,This is in response to the city allowing another Save Mart south of the 120 BypassWho do I need to contact to ask them to contact Winco about putting one of their stores in Manteca?We already have two SaveMarts and Lathrop has one. There are a lot of retired people in Manteca living on fixed incomes and Winco is a great store to help those of us who are on a fixed income. I go to the one in Modesto because sales tax is cheaper there and the Tracy store sales tax is the same as Manteca.
