Tatiana Lowery is going out as a two-time All-Western Athletic Conference first-team selection.

paced the Spartans with 10.4 points, 13.2 rebounds and 3.2 steals per night in conference play. She had her best game against Beyer, scoring a season-high 19 points to go with 15 rebounds, six steals and three assists.

The inside-out tandem spearheaded the Spartans (17-12 overall) to a fifth-place finish in the WAC with an 8-6 record. Kylie Kulina of Beyer was voted MVP, and Katrina Foster is Coach of the Year after leading Mountain House to the outright championship.

Lathrop’s boys team (7-7, 9-18) is represented by senior Raymond Carson on the All-WAC first team. The 6-foot-5 center averaged 15.4 points, 6.9 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in 14 league games.

Senior wing Reniel Crisostomo (12.1 points, 3.9 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.1 steals) was named to the second team.

Lathrop (7-7, 9-18) did not qualify for the postseason after winning at least a share of the previous two championships but did well to give itself a chance with a late four-game winning streak.

Beyer’s Prishon Major is the boys MVP, while Mountain House’s Reno Ursal is Coach of the Year after guiding the Mustangs to a 14-0 finish in their final season in the WAC. Mountain House is joining the Valley Oak League in all sports next year.
