The Angels led off the third inning with three consecutive doubles for an 11-6 win over the A’s in Northgate Little league AAA play.

Shane Luevano ( for 3, double, triple, two runs), Caanen Showers and Quinn Martinez led off the inning with doubles. In the bottom of the frame Showers dispatched the A’s on just 10 pitches, striking out three. In the fifth inning Shane Luevano led off with a triple down the left-field line and he was driven in by Showers (2 for 3, double, two RBI, two runs).

David Robertson came into the game in relief in the fourth for the Angels and teammate Sal Ellis made an outstanding catch in to end the inning with runners on base.
