The Manteca Chargers took an early two-touchdown lead Saturday, but after that it was all Lincoln Trojans in 41-14 win for the varsity Trojans in Delta Youth Football action at Daniel Teicheira Memorial Stadium.
Isaiah Middleton led the early charge for Manteca with 109 yards on nine carries including a 62-yard touchdown run. He also pulled in two receptions for 30 yards. Jayden Omadhebo scored on a 3-yard run and Danny Olaguibel picked up 35 yards on one carry.
Aiden Hopper (forced fumble), Olaguibel and Stephan Graham led the Chargers with three tackles apiece with Dominic Balugo and Eric Yamamoto each recovering a fumble.
Junior varsity

Manteca’s Aiden Howe gained 32 all-purpose yards.
Kingston Johnson made five tackles and forced a fumble for the Chargers. Aizen English added three stops with defensive contribution from Noah Olage, Luke Akao and Aliah Magana.
Novice

Manteca’s Jeremiah Silva made eight tackles.
Arieon Shortridge gained 30 yards on five carries for the Chargers and Lloyal Galtney had four carries for 28 yards .
Manteca’s Jake Garcia and Arieon Shortridge both posted three tackles and a forced fumble.
Diesel Spangler, Jayden Shortridge and Royce Robinson made three tackles and Kevin Torres recovered a fumble.

Manteca’s Choyce Galtney scored a 65-yard touchdown on his lone run.
Jharon Jackson gained 50 yards on his only carry for the Chargers.
Manteca’s Jharon Jackson, Alex Cervantes and Jaeden Macutay all made two tackles apiece. Choyce Galtney, Isaiah Ledesma and Jeulius Newman all contributed on defense.

Manteca’s Brody Carabello ran for two touchdowns and threw for five.
Carabello (191 yards passing; five carries, 35 yards) scored on runs of 2 and 15 yards. Carabello added touchdown passes of 5 yards to Jesse Garibay, 15 yards Adriel Cooks (two carries, 47 yards), 18 yards Bode Hiatt (three catches, 49 yards), 24 yards to Leiland Riggelman and 48 yards to pass to A.J. Rodgers. Harry Soe scored on an 8-yard run and Josiah Moreno picked up 76 yards on three carries.
Brian Hendrix paced the Chargers with five tackles. Richard Smith and Jonathan Arnoldus made four stops apiece with three each for Jackson Frith, Gilbert Sanchez and Izayah Vera.
Lodi Jr. Flames 53, Manteca Cowboys 21
Darien East scored three touchdowns for the Cowboys.
East (83 yards rushing) scored on a 5-yard pass from Nehemiah Tomanogi, a 75-yard kickoff return and a 65-yard fumble recovery for touchdown of 65 yards.
East made six tackles, Joseph Antoine four with an interception and Elias Lopez three.

Manteca’s Terrance Montgomery scampered for two long touchdown runs on his only two runs of the day.
Montgomery scored on runs of 38 and 51 yards. Jonathan Morales also scored on his only two touches on runs of 8 and 27 yards. Erian Johnson Jr. was the workhorse for the Cowboys with 120 yards on seven carries with a 53-yard touchdown run and Bryant Lewis (four carries, 38 yards) posted a 3-yard touchdown run.
Montgomery and Devin Cortinas made nine tackles each. Lewis added five stops 5 tackles with three apiece for Elijah Abadan (fumble recovery), Morales, Erian Johnson Jr. and Mateo Salcido.
Bulldogs 14, Jr. Buffaloes 0
Ceres scored with two minutes remaining to break the tie.
Manteca’s Blake Scalise (5 of 8 passing, 105 yards) hit Santino Sanchez (54 yards receiving) with a 40-yard touchdown pass in the second period. Vincent Diaz added 62 rushing yards and Gabriel Ramirez 34.
Vincent Diaz and Keoni Oliver made four tackles apiece for the Jr. Buffaloes. Manoah Ellis and Sanchez added three stops apiece with two for Gabriel Ramirez.
Rookies
Cowboys 20, Flames 12
Max Rios gained 106 yards on eight carries with a touchdown for Manteca.
A.J. Aguirre (14 carries, 67 yards) and Hudson Green (two carries, 47 yards) each added a touchdown for the Cowboys.
Ivan Torres paced Manteca with 10 tackles. Fernando Ceja added eight tackles with five apiece for Stevens Charvell and Mateo Gavino.

Manteca’s Quinnie Dunbar scored three touchdowns.
Dunbar ran for 125 yards on six carries with touchdown of 12, 45 and 50 yards. Dennis Johnson (85 yards rushing) had a 33-yard touchdown run and DeShon Benton Jr. had 31 yards rushing and 30 receiving yards with one touchdown. Trenton Fitzhugh and A.J. also contributed on offense.
Johnson made six tackles with a fumble recovery and a forced fumble and Dunbar made five stops. Trenton Fitzhugh (interception), Jake Husband (fumble recovery) and Blake Esteves mde four stops apiece with three and a fumble recovery for Frankie Archuleta and Gabe Torres. Jaxson Martin closed the game with a kickoff fumble recovery.

Johnson gained 150 yards on four carries. Bryson Benton (two carries, 37 yards) scored two touchdowns with one touchdown apiece for Jeremiah Williams (four carries, 111 yards), Evan Hernandez (five carries, 52 yards) and Gilbert Maldanado (two carries, 14 yards).
Jeremiah Williams made five tackles and recovered two fumbles for the Jr. Buffaloes and Michael Somera added four stops and a fumble recovery.
