The Manteca Jr. Timberwolves varsity remains undefeated in Delta Youth Football play after a 27-0 win over the Tracy Cougars on Saturday at Dino Cunial Field.

A Dominic Day interception – his first of two – got Manteca going in the second quarter for the touchdowns in the period, two by Thomas Cann and one by Michael Sucher.

Josiah Medina added led the Jr. Timberwolves with 130 yards on the ground and scored a touchdown in the second quarter.

Francisco Murillo scored two touchdowns for the undefeated Timberwolves.

Murillo (55 yards rushing) scored from 1 yard and 5 yards out. Elijah Cota (95 yards rushing) had a 5-yard scoring run and Tommy Perea (35 yards rushing) a 3-yard touchdown rin.

Murillo, Cota, Nikko Nunez, Isaiah Sanchez, Keyshaun Robinson and Andrew Ortega led the Manteca defense.
