Lory Ayon has joined the sales team at Medallion in Manteca by K. Hovnanian Homes.  In the new position, she will utilize her extensive experience in real estate sales and loan origination to assist prospective buyers with their new home purchases.  

Ayon, a resident of Modesto, gained more than 10 years of experience working as a real estate sales and mortgage consultant before joining K. Hovnanian Homes.  She received awards for sales performance in 2006 and was recognized with two sales achievement awards in 2008 where she successfully closed more than $2 million in home sales.
