The Robert Greenbach family that was burned out in a house fire last week is asking for community help in finding another place to live and in replacing clothing and furniture for them and for their children.

The two alarm early evening fire did some $350,000 in damage to their home in the 1200 block of Prescott Avenue north of Louise Avenue that left the family homeless.  Firefighters fought through heavy black smoke for some 25 minutes in a defensive mode before they could get a handle on the blaze.

Shellie Greenbach said Saturday that the Red Cross has temporarily put them up in a residence that will end Tuesday of this week.  She said they are listed on Facebook for anyone able to come to their assistance under Shellie Greenbach at Gofundme.com.
