68 Nile Garden School 8th graders advance

Nile Garden Elementary School recognized 68 eighth-grade students at last Wednesday afternoon’s promotion ceremony.

It was a landmark moment at Nile Garden Elementary School last Wednesday.

For the first time, the eighth-grade class celebrated its promotion exercises in the spacious new gym. The many families, friends and special guests in attendance enjoyed the special event seated in the air-conditioned setting as temperatures heated up outdoors during the mid-morning.

Nile Garden Principal Deborah Noceti-Ward and Vice Principal Katie Francis had the honors of distributing the certificates of promotion and awards to some 68 students who made up the Class of 2022.
