Two men were arrested on Monday after Lathrop Police Services responded to a call in the 16000 block of Bizzibe Street that somebody was brandishing a firearm.
Deputies arrived to discover that two Hispanic males in a black Mercedes C230 had allegedly arrived on the scene, confronted a person inside of their residence, and then brandished a handgun before getting back into their vehicle and leaving.
During the investigation deputies discovered a black and tan Glock .40-caliber handgun with an extended in
magazine containing five rounds ijuvenile, and was arrested and booked at the San Joaquin County Juvenile Justice Center.
The two other adult occupants were also arrested and charged with a handful of crimes.
Miguel Angel Washburne, 25, was booked for being a felon in possession of a firearm, having a concealed weapon in the vehicle, being a prohibited person in possession of ammunition, carrying a loaded firearm and not being the registered owner of the firearm.
