The driver of a red 2001 Honda Civic allegedly exposed himself to a female student walking to Shasta School on a nearby side street shortly before 8:30 Monday morning, according to Manteca Police Lt. Stephen Schluer.

Schluer said the man drove slowly next to the girl, who glanced into his passenger window, and exhibited lewd behavior. Students immediately reported the incident to the school administration that led to an ongoing police investigation. 

Officers are looking for a Hispanic man with a heavy build, shaved head and goatee believed to be between 30 and 40 years old with unknown California license plates on his vehicle. 

Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is urged to call the Manteca Police Department and speak to Detective peters at 209.456.8224.
