Another mini-storage is planned for Ripon.

The Ripon City Council recently enter into a reimbursement agreement with Store More Mini-Storage in the area of 625 and 659 W. Milgeo Road.

According to Planning Director Ken Zuidervaart, Store More Express Ripon LLC sought to develop a mini-storage project on two parcels – about 2.4 acres altogether – on that part of West Milgeo Road, east of Highway 99, between Arc Way and North Acacia Avenue.

He pointed out in his November staff report that the reimbursement agreement provides an opportunity for the City of Ripon to get reimbursed for staff time and consultant management during the application process for this project.
