Ripon switches to once a week landscape watering through end of February
Sprinkler Irrigation - Sprinkler head

The new watering schedule kicked off this month in the City of Ripon.

Residents within city limits will have once-a-week watering days from now through the end of February, according to the Water Conservation Ordinance.

That means all properties with even numbered addresses will be allowed to do water landscaping on Saturdays.

Those residing in homes with an odd address can water on Sundays.

No watering is allowed between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 48 hours following measurable rainfall.

The use of washing vehicles, boats, recreation vehicles, or cleaning of building exteriors will only be allowed on the same aforementioned outdoor watering days schedule.
