RUSD looks at contract for Weston dance & art effort

The Ripon Unified school board will meet this morning for a special session in the District Office building at 304 N. Acacia Ave.

Trustee Vince Hobbs will join the 8:30 a.m. closed session remote via telephone. The public is invited to join in during the open meeting in the RUSD board room at about 8:45 a.m.

Public comment on agenda and non-agenda items is available.

Some of the items include:

  • RUSD entering into an agreement (Memorandum of Understanding) with the San Joaquin County Office of Education and Weston Elementary School on Dance and Art.
  • The school district will also look at entering into an entertainment agreement with Darin Frazier of DJ Entertainment.
  • Superintendent Ziggy Robeson is scheduled to speak on the Classified Itinerant Pay Schedule of the Occupational Therapist position.
  • She’ll also be available on answer any questions on new hires, retirements or resignations.
