Due to constantly changing COVID-19 conditions, Ripon Unified School District's transitional kindergarten/kindergarten orientation presentation will be posted on the district website this year beginning Feb. 22 at riponusd.net/enrollment-registration.

 Topics to be covered include school placement, transportation, immunization requirements, food services and documents required for registration. The Ripona Language Academy will also be featured.  The video will be posted in both English and Spanish.

District educators highly recommend parents watch the video before attending registration.  The TK-12 registration event will be held in person at Park View Elementary, on Tuesday, March 8, from 4 to 7 p.m.

Children are eligible to begin kindergarten if they will be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1 of their enrollment year. Children, who turn 5 between Sept. 2 and Feb. 2 of their enrollment year, will be eligible for Transitional Kindergarten.

Registration for all students for the 2022-2023 school year will begin on March 8 and end March 11 at 4 p.m. for the first round of student placements.  All applications must be complete in order to be accepted. 

All packets received after March 11 will be time/date stamped for placement purposes.
