INDUSTRY (AP) — A man and a woman were arrested after leading authorities on a car chase on several Southern California freeways at speeds topping 105 mph.
California Highway Patrol Officer Alex Rubio says the pursuit began when officers tried to pull over an Acura with out-of-date registration stickers on the eastbound Interstate 10 in Baldwin Park.
The suspects continued on at high speeds, moving to state routes 57 and 60.
They were arrested after abandoning their car and running behind a Chevrolet dealership in the City of Industry.
It’s not known whether the male or female suspect was behind the wheel.
