The biggest Crossroads Street Fair yet takes place April 10-11 in downtown Manteca.
The fair this year will include:

•A safety fair organized by the Manteca Police Department’s Community Emergency Response Team on Saturday, April 10.

•A two-day auto and boat show.

•A kid’s zone area.

•An antique car show on Sunday also organized by CERT.

•A carnival that takes place from Wednesday, April 7, to Sunday, April 11, at The Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley between JC Penney and Best Buy.

More than two-thirds of the vendor space for the 14th annual Crossroads Street Fair has been sold with a little more than a month to go. There is room for just over 400 vendors.

“It looks like we’re going to be sold out (of vendor space) this year,” noted Manteca Visitors and Convention Bureau Chief Executive officer Linda Abeldt.

With Easter falling early this year, the fair was moved to the second full weekend in April.

It will follow the same layout as last year with additional vendor booths on East Yosemite Avenue with the kids’ zone and car shows near Manteca High.

Vending space is $180 for the two-day event.

You can pick up application forms at the Manteca Visitors Center on Grove Street near the roundabout water fountain at The Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. or Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can also go to www.mantecavisit.org to download an application or call 823-7229 for more information.
