Supervisor Elliott hosting Saturday Senior Breakfast

San Joaquin County Supervisor Bob Elliott and his wife Debbie are hosting the Saturday Senior Breakfast on Sept. 13 at 9 a.m. at the Manteca Senior Center, 250 Cherry Lane.

Tickets need to be purchased by the end of today for $7 at the Manteca Senior Center or by calling 209.456.8650. The breakfast is open to all seniors 50 and older.

The menu costs of a four-ounce sirloin breakfast steak, southern fried potatoes, Swiss eggs, English muffins, holiday grapes, coffee and Juice.

The Breakfast Crew is being assisted by Fagundes Meats whose crew will be preparing the steaks.

Elliot represents the Fifth District that includes parts of Manteca, Tracy, and Mountain House.

Elliott served for 30 years in the U.S. Army. He retired as a colonel with the Special Forces. The supervisor is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He also had five years of diplomatic assignments with U.S. embassies in Tokyo and Seoul. He’s worked as a project manager for Westinghouse and GE in nuclear energy and explosives detection.

Elliott served as a Tracy City Council member prior to his election to the Board of Supervisors seat.
