Helen Wilverding  was born in Simpson, PA on July 3, 1929. She entered into rest in Sacramento, CA on May 6, 2017. 
    She was the beloved mother of Jerome (Ellen), George (Kimberly), and Denise (David) Smith and beloved grandmother of Ashley, Garrett, Blaine, Chance, Cory, and Erica. 
    In 1981 she and her family moved from Clarks Summit, PA to Manteca, CA.  Helen worked for Carl’s Jr. from 1982 until retiring at the age of 79. 
    She was dedicated to her family first and foremost but her favorite past time was dancing.  During her senior years she could usually be found at local senior dances jitterbugging the night away.  She was an avid pet lover and had a collection of pets throughout her lifetime, from dogs and cats to a pigeon and a pony. 
  Her laughter and wit will be forever missed.
