Joel E. Woodson, a long time resident and farmer in Ripon, passed away on Sunday, at Bethany Home, he was 92 years old.  

He was born on November 11, 1916 in Woodbridge, and was a resident of Stockton before moving to Ripon 40 years ago.  Joel was preceded by his wife Hazel Wagener Woodson who passed away in 1999.  He is survived by his daughter Kathleen Woodson of Ripon, his son James & his wife Patricia Woodson of Valley Springs, and his granddaughter Laura Woodson, also of Valley Springs.
