Judith Ann Roberts, 72, of Indio, California passed away on March 5th, 2012.Born in Maquoketa, Iowa on February 18, 1940 to Frank and Ruth Minnaert.Judy married Samuel Lee Roberts, the love of her life, on February 3, 1966 in Iowa City, Iowa.

In 1970 they moved to California.They lived in Newark, California until 1986 then moved to Manteca, California where they lived until 2003.Finally moving to their current home in Indio, California.

Judy was a wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend to all she met.As a homemaker she was unrivaled. Judy had another love as one of Jehovah's Witnesses and was a regular pioneer.Judy loved the outdoors and golfing with Sam and numerous relatives whom she encouraged from an early age. Judy will be remembered by all she met for her strength and courage and family teachings.

Judy is survived by her spouse, Samuel Lee Roberts, her children; Danny (Vivian) Roberts, Dean (Brenda) Roberts, Teresa (Brett) Weber, Kelly (Steve) Hernandez, Samuel Jr (Doreen) Roberts and Bettina (Richard) Boyle.Her siblings; Larry (Dixie) Minnaert, Herb (Donna) Minnaert, Jack (Janet) Minnaert, Dianna (Red) Lucas, Cindy (Tom) Ribbeck, Sandy (Randy) Dixon, grandchildren; Melissa (Gene), Carrie (Tim), Jared, Andrew, Brad, Billy, Jimmy, Jonathon, Holly,Carrie,Richard, Sean, Jeremy, Justin (Ashley), Sarah, Jacob, Hannah, Gabe, Matthew, Samuel Trey, Danielle (Jon), Allyson, Daniella, Nina,great grandchildren; Brittany, Andrew, Jack, Alexandria, Aiden, Ryann, Dylan, Gabe, Carter, Lennon, Clare, Adyson, cat; Snow flake. Judy is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Ruth Minnaert, her son Dale (Sheila) Roberts and her daughter Deborah Frye.

Services will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 7960 S. Ponderosa Rd., French Camp, CA 95231 on Saturday March 31 at 2:00 PM.
