Wilma Wilson bw

Wilma Nadine Wilson went to be with the Lord on Feb. 10, 2014.  Wilma will be remembered as always putting her family first.  She was such a kind and caring woman and every one that came to know her loved her.  She was just that kind of person.  Her smile and laughter will be greatly missed by all!
Wilma was born in Warsaw, Mo. in 1923.  In 1942, the entire family decided to move to California and they all ended up settling in Tracy, where Wilma lived most of her life.  It is where she raised her children and worked.  She worked at HJ Heinz and then later worked and retired from Laura Scudders in Tracy.  In the mid-1990s, she moved to Manteca, where she has resided ever since.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Rose Brown, her brothers Jesse (Badge) Brown and Darryl Brown, son Steve Wilson and daughter Jolene Wilson and granddaughter Alexis Hernandez.  She is survived by her sisters Flavel Nave of Clinton, Mo., and Doris Morris of Tracy.  She is also survived by her children Norma Jean Wilson, Sandy Conley and husband Dave of Manteca and son Danny Wilson of Southern California.  Grandchildren are Steve Wilson (Angela), Sherry Willis, Wendy Robles (Michael) Tonisha Mixon, Sharlisa Moore, Kevin Wilson, Stacy Wilson, Michael Wilson (Akemi) and Katie Wilson. Great grandchildren are Reyna and Raymond Gonzalez, whom she has been raising since they were very small, Bryce Willis, Macie Willis, Marissa Paradiso, Jacob Robles, Zachary Robles, Steven Wilson Jr., Frankie Gensaw, Wyatt Wilson and a new baby girl due in April.
Services for Wilma will be private.
