Maybe Clinton Foundation can help Yosemite
Placeholder Image

Editor, Manteca Bulletin,
I just read Dennis Wyatt’s column about the  $500 million backlog of deferred maintenance at Yosemite National Park.
With the taxes we pay that money is certainly available somewhere within the government.  It is simply a matter of getting it to the right place — Yosemite.
Eliminating a couple of hours worth of donations to some countries such as Afghanistan and Iraq would go a long ways in curing the Yosemite maintenance problem.
Or perhaps the government could  contact the Clinton Foundation.  That would be another avenue to source funds.
The Clinton Foundation has the added benefit of many of these funds coming from foreign countries and not out stressed out taxpayers.
