Members of the Southern League likely have no clue what has hit them since the Ripon Christian Knights showed up on the scene playing unbeatable volleyball, and the group continued to roll in a one-sided victory over the Waterford Wildcats Tuesday.

Ripon Christian (8-0 SL, 17-4 overall) found little resistance from the Wildcats, beating Waterford 25-8, 25-12 and 25-6 for its eight consecutive league win.

Brittany Petlansky shined for the Knights, pulling out six digs and serving four aces in the win. Kristy Van Diver chipped in with five kills, while freshman Andie Shelton turned away six blocks at the net.

Team leader Michelle Terpstra was all over the court, mustering four aces, 11 assists and five kills for Ripon Christian.

The Knights will try to keep their inaugural SL season perfect, as they travel to Le Grand to take on the Bulldogs at 6 p.m.
