Valley Blossom is showcasing the completion of its newest model homes this weekend.

The floor plan, standard offerings such as granite kitchen counters, price point, and location have been so popular that 25 homes sold before the models could be finished.
Florsheim Homes Chief Executive Officer Joe Anfuso expects sales will kick up even more now that people can see what they are getting in a new home starting at $169,900.

As such, Valley Blossom ranks as the most affordable new home in Manteca.

There are three new floor plans

•The Lavender starts at $169,900 and offers three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in 1,286 square feet in a two-story design.

 •The Jasmine starts at $194,900 and offers three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms in 1,613 square feet in a two-story design.

•The Gardenia starts at $214,900 and offers four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms in 1,831 square feet in a two-story design.

There are 11 lots left in the initial phase.

The three homes were designed to provide what people need without a lot of fluff such as rounded corners and such that add to the cost. That doesn’t mean they lack style. The designs are able to make functionality look classy as care was given to make sure  the homes would be a place families can easily pursue an active lifestyle.

The neighborhood’s location southwest of the Airport Way and Highway 120 Bypass means it is in one of the premiere areas in the Northern San Joaquin Valley for an active family.
