The Ripon Unified School District is buying a new warehouse as well as new district offices.

The board on Thursday voted to spend $4,595,000 to purchase property at 800 S. Stockton Ave.

The 2.37-acre site includes 33,057 square feet of warehouse and office space.

Should the district leave its current office site, it could free up space to expand the Ripon High campus.
