New retail, dining, and entertainment options keep bouncing up in Manteca.

Among the latest is Big Air trampoline park that will open in the former Big Lots retail store space in the Manteca Marketplace on West Yosemite Avenue.

The remodel for the Big Air facility will start after the current temporary tenant — the Spirit Halloween store — vacates the premises.

Manteca’s first trampoline park opened earlier this year next door to PetSmart on Spreckels Avenue.

Altitude Trampoline Park now occupies space where the Spirit Halloween store was located last year.

There have been more than 40 new retail, service, and dining options open in Manteca during the last 12 months.

The newest to open so far this month are:

*Teriyaki Madness that will mark its grand opening on Friday, Sept. 15, at 9:45 a.m. It is located in the new commercial building at 165 Commerce Ave., Suite 105, behind the East Yosemite Avenue McDonald’s location.

*Flip Flop Shops at The Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley that will also celebrate its grand opening on Friday, Sept. 25.

* Mi Cuca’s Yoga Studio that celebrated its grand opening Sept. 11 at 364 N. Main St. The new boutique studio aims to make holistic health and mindfulness accessible to everyone.

*Manteca’s second Food-4-Less location that is anchoring the Manteca Crossing center at Atherton Drive and Airport Way.

*A Chipotle Kitchen that opened on Atherton Drive near Main Street where the city’s third Save Mart supermarket nearing completion will anchor the Marketplace@Main center.

*The city’s sixth freestanding Starbucks that is also part of Marketplace@Main.
