Casey L. Peery
Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Casey L. Peery, son of Thomas L. Peery, of Manteca, recently completed the Navy Nuclear Power Training Unit course with Nuclear Power Training Unit, Ballston Spa, N. Y.
Peery received instruction about nuclear theory, chemistry, physics, reactor operations, safety and security. Upon completion of the course, Peery was designated a nuclear power operator.
Peery is a 2008 graduate of Manteca High School of and joined the Navy in November 2009.
Erin E. Kelly
Navy Seaman Recruit Erin E. Kelly, daughter of Gillian E. and Michael E. Kelly of Manteca, Calif., recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill.
Kelly is a 2007 graduate of Sierra High School.
