SAN JOSE THEATER EVACUATED DURING BATMAN SCREENING: SAN JOSE (AP) — San Jose police say a movie theater was evacuated when someone threw a suspicious package into a screening of the new Batman film. The San Jose Mercury News reports dozens of moviegoers watching the "Dark Knight Rises" fled the Eastridge Mall AMC theater Monday night. Officials say witnesses told police that someone opened the theater door, yelled an expletive and tossed a box into the center aisle, saying it was a bomb.
