Cindy Norlinger passed away on Aug 8, 2026, at the age of 68. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend whose kindness and caring spirit touched everyone she met.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Norlinger. She is survived by her 3 childdren, Reiny, Misty, and Neil Jr., and her 7 grandchildren, Jaden, Dusten, Austne, LeiLani, Gian, Orlando, and Moses.    

A Celebration of Life will be held Sep 13, 2026,  12–3 p.m., Chez Shari Conference Center, 305 N. Union Rd.,  Manteca, Ca 95337.
