Doris Louise Morgan was born in Bell California on March 30, 1927. She went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. She lived in Manteca for over 63 years. In her younger years, she worked at Century Metal Craft where she was a key punch operator. Later, she moved to Northern California and worked at Tracy Defense Depot where she met the love of her life, Joe Morgan. They were married for 55 wonderful years. They lived on a 4 acre ranch and loved to travel. Together, they traveled to over two dozen countries, but most of all they enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Doris had a kind, generous, giving heart and loved opening her home. Through the years she cared for many farm animals and pets.

   Doris’ only grandson Joseph was the apple of her eye. He brought so much joy and fulfillment to her life.

Doris is survived by her daughter, Cheri Hardy; son–in–law, Joe Hardy; and grandson, Joseph Hardy. Doris was proceeded in death by her parents, Ray and Lena Davis; husband, Joe, Morgan; and son, Michael McDonald.Park View Cemetery will honor Doris with a visitation on Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 10:30 AM, followed by the service at 11 AM.
