Renee Yolanda Brock, a longtime resident of Manteca, California, went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 28, 2026, at the age of 69. Born in Stockton, California, on October 27, 1956, to Ruperto and Ruth Garcia, Renee built a life rooted in deep care for her family, community, and  career.

For 15 years, Renee dedicated her professional life to the medical field as a patient coordinator. Outside of work, her world revolved around her loved ones. She retired early specifically to take care of her grandbabies, proudly embracing her role as “New Haven Grammy”. Renee found joy in the simple and cherished moments of life, she loved scrapbooking, watching QVC, collecting lighthouses, and making delicious hot chocolate and coffee. Known for her warm spirit, her home—affectionately called “The Brock House”— was especially magical during the holidays, famously adorned with vibrant Christmas lights.

   Renee is survived by her devoted husband of 52 years, Gaylon Dale Brock. She was a loving mother to her children and their spouses: Tiffany Serrano and her husband Anthony of Manteca, and Kimberly Holguin and her husband Thomas of San Jose. She was also a doting grandmother to her grandchildren: Corwin, Clemente, Tommy, Brock, Hunter, Julian, and Brett. She leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruperto and Ruth.

   In lieu of flowers, donations and remembrances may be made in Renee’s memory to the 2nd Harvest Food Bank or Hospice of San Joaquin.
