105 years young, Edythe was born on June 10, 1914 in Nebraska, she entered into rest on February 2, 2020.
   In 1942, Edythe and her husband, Curley Sealey moved to Manteca. They raised four children and were the original owners of the Manteca Feed and Supply store.
   Edythe was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and matriarch of a large family.  She was a longtime employee of Brown-Mahin Department Store in the women’s ready to wear department and was awarded Manteca’s Most Courteous Sales Clerk. Once retired she enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
    She is preceded in death by both of her husbands, Curley Sealey and Jack Myer as well as her children, Donna Lindsey, Donald Sealey and Cooney Sealey.
   She is survived by daughter Darlene Downes, local grandchildren David Cabrera, Darryl Cabrera, Kelly Robinson and Scott Downes as well as seven other grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
   Edythe attributed her 105 years to the grace of God and his gift of family and friends.
   P.L. Fry and Son is honored to be serving the Sealey/Meyer family. A memorial service will be held at Calvary Reformed Church, 741 W. 2nd Street, Ripon on Wednesday, February 12, at 11 a.m.
