Eugene “Gene” Orr, 78, died Sunday, Nov. 29, at his residence surrounded by his family. He was a native of Tahlequah, Oklahoma and was born on March 7, 1931.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 16 at 10 a.m. in the Lakeside Chapel at the San Joaquin River Club Church, 30000 Kasson Road, Tracy. No visitation will be observed. Interment will be private. Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave., Tracy is in care of arrangements.
