Frederick “Fred” Boutin, III, 67, of Yuba City, Calif., passed Friday, October 2, 2009, in Manteca.
He was affectionately known as “Primo”. After spending several years in the army, Fred spent time as a painter for Ford for 12 years and went on to work 17 years as a bus driver in the Bay Area where he made many friends. Some of his passions included riding his motorcycle, making people laugh with all of his jokes, and spending time with his loving wife and grandkids. He also loved being a Chapter 6 Boozefigher.
Fred’s favorite sports were baseball and football and he regularly threw the ball around with his grandkids.
Fred is survived by his wife Audrey; his daughter, Teresa Hodges; son, Frederick Boutin IV; brothers, Darrell Clifton of Redding, CA, and Robert Childress of Lafayette, Indiana; sisters, Sharron Albriton of Snowflake, AZ, Angie Nelson, Robert Dawn Chambers of Bremerton, WA, and Melody Stewart of Nacona, Texas; also survived by 6 grandchildren.
Arrangements are being handled by Park View Funeral Home, 3661 E. French Camp Road, Manteca, Calif. A funeral service will be at Park View Memorial Chapel at 1 p.m., Friday, October 9, 2009.
