Ronald Silva, 93, entered into rest on March 19, 2020 in Manteca, CA. He was born on September 30, 1926 in Alameda County. 

   He is preceded in death by his wife Elaine Silva and his son Ken Silva. 

Mr. Silva is survived by his two children, Jenny Souza (Ernie) and Richard Silva (Toni), six grandchildren, Jason, Tonya, Melanie, Monica, Michelle and Miranda, 14 great-grandchildren, Cameron, Jeffrey, Samantha, Maci-Mae, Chloe, Colten, Trenten, Madison, Noah, Riley, Andrew, Logan, Nathan and Emma. In addition, Ronald is survived by three sisters, Audrey Giovanetti, June Willis and Peggy Patton.

   Ronald retired as a real estate broker after 30 years in business operating Silva Real Estate. He was a resident of Manteca and in his younger years, Ronald drove truck for Kraft, picking up milk from local dairies. He was past president and member of the MRPS Hall, past president and member of the Board of Realtors, sat on the Planning Commission for the City of Manteca and a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. Ronald’s work ethics were impeccable, he worked hard and enjoyed connecting with people of his community. One of his favorite passtimes, at an early age, was tending to a Silver Belgium horse team of 8 for competition. Ron and his wife Elaine enjoyed traveling to Pismo Beach and dining at fine restaurants. Ronald will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
