William Michael Welch “Billy” was born June 25, 1973 to parents Lawrence and Eileen Welch. He passed away January 15, 2012 at the age of 38 in Stockton.

Billy was preceded in death by his mother, Eileen Aurora Welch, grandparents, Mike and Aurora Almaraz, Lawrence Welch, Jim McCafferty and his niece Joanna Eileen Welch.

He is survived by his father, Lawrence Welch of Stockton, grandmother Mary McCafferty of Stockton, brothers Larry “Ikey” Welch of Manteca, James Welch and wife Maranda of Tennessee, sister Stacie Paez and husband Lenny of Stockton, sister-in-law Gina Riley of French Camp, nephews and nieces Ikey, Miranda, Kathlene, Joseph, Taren, Gideon, and Osiris Welch, Eli and Jordan Paez, god parents “Nino and Nina” Mark and Liz, Henry and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Billy played football throught out his childhood. He attended Manteca area schools. He was a truck driver for John R. Lawson Rock & Oil in French Camp. He was our brother

and our best friend.

Visitation will be Monday, January 23, from 12:00 to 7:00pm at ABC Wallace Funeral Home.

Services will be held Tuesday, January 24, at 11:00am, at ABC Wallace Funeral Home 445 N. American St. Stockton, CA.
