For the most part, I think the people have spoken on ousting Vince Hernandez from the Manteca City Council.

It is time for selecting a person that has fresh ideas and can make a difference in the way this council has been ran for the last twelve years. Most of all, we need people with a common goal, which is staying within a set budget. Hernandez was a big spender that added considerable hurt on this community with his project spending. 

Ben Cantu would be my choice, for his knowledge of city government would contribute to this council’s overall effectiveness.

We need people that will be fair in spending the tax dollars on something the people need for a change.
