This is really just short and sweet, I would like to recognize and thank all the volunteers who work to put up the flags over Manteca.
It was so nice on Sunday the 11th of September when taking my bike ride to see all the flags on display . With all of the negative that is out there and printed in the newspaper this was just a good example of the positive that can be done. Thank you again to those that put in their time it does not go unappreciated.
