We at George Perry and Sons would like to congratulate our new Mayor Steve DeBrum and our new council members Richard Silvermanand Mike Morowit, along with incumbent council woman Debbie Moorhead.

We understand an appointment needs to be made by Jan. 31 to fill the vacant seat, or we will need to have a special election. We hope that you would consider appointing Vince Hernandez to fill this seat.

We have known Vince Hernandez for many years, and know him to be an honest and hard working family man who has done well representing the City of Manteca for 12 years. Our City has benefited from his hard work and his decisions. We feel he will continue to do a great job for the City of Manteca.
