Manteca has tried many things to rid this city of the homeless. I think it is time to get tough on these people who willfully place a health problem on the city with deposited filth from human feces.
 This city can’t let the homeless trash and destroy this city that we call home. It is against the law to trash private property and to camp in the city. I don’t think the homeless has a legal right to destroy this city by trashing it. Get tough on them council, we have a right to a clean city.
