I can’t believe the Manteca City Council is even looking at quiet zones along the train tracks.
All we hear is that we can’t afford more police — no money — and we can’t fix the streets — no money.
I live on Monticello Lane and have cracks 4 to 6 inches wide across the streets throughout the subdivision but
Here’s a novel  idea: Let those who can’t stand the noise pay for the quiet zone or move back to the Bay Area.
