When did Manteca’s leaders become federal agents (“Mantecan asks council to allow medicinal out clubs”, Wednesday, Sept. 16)?
I thought they were state agents, so how can they and our police use a federal law to stop a California law that says we here in California can have a cannabis dispensary?
Who do these people think they are — god? What happened to law of the land? We need to sue Manteca for breaking the California law that allows Californians to have a dispensary. Please let me and everyone else in California know why our city leaders are above the law.
