Gov. Brown seems to not really care about University of California President Janet Napolitano misplacing $170 million or $270 million.
Lt. Gov. Gavin Newson didn’t care too much either. He got a little upset, and that’s it. Will she get fired?
I hope all this is used against Newsom when he runs for the governor’s job.
