Matthew Trinidad capped off an undefeated week on Thursday, helping East Union's boys tennis team dispatch host Weston Ranch, 5-1. 

The Lancers' top player avoided a third set in his match against Chen Yu Ma, holding on for a 0-6, 4-6

final. 

In other singles matches: Kelton D'Souza defeated Marcos Arriaza, 6-2, 6-2, Daniel Ngo defeated Diego Ruelas, 6-1, 6-1, Matthew Mendoza defeated Ricky Sanchez, 6-1, 6-2 Tristan Santos defeated Surpreet Singh, 6-1, 6-2. 

Weston Ranch got its lone win in doubles play, as Ruelas and Sanchez combined to knock off Landon Wolfe and Benjamin Potter, 8-2.

Oakdale 6, Sierra 3

No. 2 singles player Jason Machado outlasted Mike Claven 7-6, 7-6 for one of visiting Sierra's highlight performances. 

David Martin Jr. prevailed in the No. 3 match 6-3, 6-2 over Jimmy Homer. The Timberwolves got another win from No. 6 Zach Van Zwalenburg 7-6, 6-2 against Ethan Dia. 

David Nasser dropped a three-set match to Aiden Rodriguez at No. 5 singles. Oakdale No. 1 Caleb Poling beat Quentin Banks, 6-2, 6-1. The Mustangs won all three doubles matches.

At Manteca Park Golf Course, host Lathrop won via forfeit as Grace Davis had just three available players. Abigail Bautista was low medalist with a 49. Phalina Nim added a 61.
