SUNNYVALE – Winter Formal weekend may have trimmed the Ripon High wrestling roster Saturday, but the Indians still had a successful trip to the Wedber/Lawson Memorial Wrestling Tournament at Fremont High School.

None of the four Ripon grapplers finished with a losing record. Donovan Fontillas (126 pounds) won his weight class and took four of five matches by pin, including the championship.

Diego Moreno (170) was seeded seventh and took second, Jacob Rhodes (195) was fourth and Steven Duelus (182) finished 2-2.
