It's with heavy hearts that we the family of Brooklyn Marie Murphy announce her passing on 12/11/25. Brooklyn was born and raised spending her entire life in the Manteca area. She was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, auntie, niece, cousin and friend. She graduated from Manteca High School and was a member of the cheerleading team. Brooklyn was a kind soul with a big heart who was always willing to help people. She had a love for children like no other, which fueled her passion to become a teacher. After graduating Manteca High she put herself through college receiving her bachelor's and master's degrees, thus making her dream a reality. Her gift of love and laughter are what drew people to her and it's what her students enjoyed most about Mrs. Brooklyn. Although Brooklyn's loss was sudden and our time with her was cut short we take solace in knowing Heaven gained a beautiful angel. She will be loved, missed, and forever with us in our hearts.
